Just outside your door there’s a stairway down to the right that leads you strait to the beach of Figueretas (5min.) and Playa den Bossa (1min.), the new jet set center with the best clubs and hotels of Ibiza like Ushuaia, Hard Rock Hotel, Space etc. And just to your left there’s a staircase down to the absolute center of town, the new market and the private clinic: Clinica Vilas. The apartment used to have 4 bedrooms and an entrance but has been completely renovated in 2015 and uninhabited since. All the walls were taken down and rebuilt with highest quality micro-cement. Apart from the kitchen and lounge floor the rest of the entire apartment has parquet flooring. As you come in there is an office space with computer, telephone, WiFi and printed instructions in Spanish and English for all equipment such as smart tv, wireless HiFi system in all rooms that connect to your mobile phone etc. The big sitting/dining room has a fully equipped industrial open kitchen a huge lounge sofa and separate laundry room. There are windows all around with panoramic views all over town and D’Alt Vila both day and night. Since the sun never shines directly on the windows nor the roof, the apartment stayed naturally cool but has airco and heating. 3 comfortable double bedrooms with sea views. One master bedroom En Suite with private bathroom and balcony. One twin bed room and one double bedroom. One spacious bathroom with shower. Absolutely everything is new and untouched in the apartment. Just walk in and live comfortable the same day.
