After two seasons within Ibiza’s real estate market as “the long term rental boys” the time is right now to fully enter the property sales market on Ibiza.

We first wanted to build up the long term rental brand and get that fully established. Due to the time restraints there wasn’t a lot of time to react to sales requests from both owners and buying clients.

We always found it hard not responding to these requests but it was necessary to keep our full focus on what we were doing.

Slowly but surely we have freed up more time to broaden are focus and can now offer a variety of sales properties to our clients.
